Dynamic Replenishment: Inbound ProductActivityNotification_In fails in SNC with error: “Buyer Party is missing or invalid” .

Solution – Changes in DNC

  1. Change PROACT to be assigned to ICH Supplier Collaboration [SPRO > IMG > Supply Network Collaboration > Basic Settings > Processing Inbound and Outbound Messages > Process Types for Inbound Messages > Assign Inbound XML Messages to Default Process Types] – For Profiles POC3, POC5 and POC9
  2. Change PROACT to be assigned to ICH Supplier Collaboration [SPRO > IMG > Supply Network Collaboration > Basic Settings > Processing Inbound and Outbound Messages > Maintain Settings for Master Data Completion]

RSMIPROACT- Sending GR cancellations

This is regarding the Dynamic Replenishment when you are sending GR information to the vendor via RSMIPROACT report.

This is valid for SAP_APPL release 600, 602, 603.

RSMIPROACT by default does not select the cancelled GR receipts to send.

Solution: Note 1163096

  • “The note adds a new checkbox labelled GV_GRC to the UI of the report.
  • Thischeckbox is unmarked by default, and in this case the report behaves asbefore (no cancelled GR references).
  • When it is marked, then both regularand cancelled GR references are selected.
  • The cancelled GR references have data with negative quantities.”
